Painter & Decorator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter & Decorator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming both residential and commercial spaces through expert painting and decorative techniques. Your primary duties will include preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes, as well as selecting and mixing paints and finishes to achieve the desired aesthetic. You will be expected to apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials with precision, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our clients' expectations. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of color theory and design principles, along with the ability to interpret customer requirements and provide professional advice on materials and techniques. You should have prior experience in painting and decorating, with a portfolio of completed projects that demonstrate your skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial, as you will be interacting with clients to discuss their vision and provide updates on project progress. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours are also required.
