About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant CCTV Operator / Customer Services representative to join our team during the night shift. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for monitoring live CCTV feeds, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, as well as providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include observing and recording activities on camera, identifying and responding to incidents or irregularities, and maintaining detailed logs of events. You will also be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, assisting clients via phone or in-person, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of customers and collaborating with team members. A background in security or customer service is preferred, along with proficiency in using CCTV systems and other relevant technology. You must be comfortable working overnight shifts and be flexible with scheduling, as our operations require coverage throughout the night.
