Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service and support in our store. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary duties will include greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and providing information about products and services. You will also handle transactions at the cash register, ensuring accuracy in processing sales and managing returns and exchanges. Maintaining the visual merchandising standards and restocking shelves as needed will be essential to keep our store looking inviting and organized.

In this role, you will also assist in inventory management by conducting stock checks and reporting low stock levels to management. Working collaboratively with team members, you will contribute to a positive team atmosphere while adhering to operational procedures and health and safety guidelines.
