Officer Development Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Officer Development Lead to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on designing, implementing, and overseeing professional development programs tailored to enhance the skills and competencies of our officers. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, develop comprehensive training materials, and facilitate workshops that promote leadership, team-building, and operational excellence. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for tracking progress and evaluating program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

In addition to program development, the Officer Development Lead will mentor and support officers in their career progression, providing guidance on performance goals and professional aspirations. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that our officers are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles. Other responsibilities include coordinating with external training resources, managing budgets, and reporting on training outcomes to senior management. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in training and development, is required.
