Pipefitter Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipefitter Supervisor to oversee and lead our pipefitting team in ensuring the successful installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems across various projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily operations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You will supervise a team of pipefitters, providing guidance and support in their work, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipefitting, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. You must possess in-depth knowledge of pipe systems, blueprints, and mechanical drawings, as well as proficiency in various tools and equipment used in pipe installation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively managing your team and collaborating with other departments. A valid pipefitting certification and relevant safety training are required, and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
