Retail Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in our store. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and ensuring that they have an enjoyable shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the visual merchandising of the store, restocking shelves, and keeping the sales floor organized and tidy.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory, as we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. Your ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated will be crucial. Additional responsibilities include processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, handling returns and exchanges, and keeping up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential as retail hours can vary.
