• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and consistent output.
• Use hand-held tools and equipment safely and effectively during the manufacturing process.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and report faults when required.
• Follow production schedules and work towards daily production targets.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures at all times.

• Previous experience as a Production Machine Operative, Machine Operative, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Factory Operative, Machine Operator or within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
• Experience using hand-held tools is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Positive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.

• £12.71 per hour.
