Role: Night Project Worker
Pay Rate: £14.60 per hour
Location: Bristol
Contract/Hours: Temporary, Full Time or Part Hours
What You'll Be Doing: As a Night Project Worker, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed service throughout the night.
- Carrying out regular welfare and safety checks.
- Providing practical and emotional support to residents when required.
- Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Completing accurate records, incident reports, and handovers.
- Maintaining communal areas and supporting the smooth operation of the service overnight.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of support and safeguarding.
About You: We're looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and able to work confidently and independently during the night.
- Experience in support work, housing, homelessness services, care, security, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
- Good IT and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.
- A genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals to achieve positive outcomes.
