Key Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver the primary curriculum with confidence, catering to a diverse mix of abilities and backgrounds.
Implement highly effective behaviour management strategies that cultivate a calm, focused classroom.
Use formative assessment data to tailor daily learning plans and prevent children from falling behind.
Direct and deploy classroom teaching assistants creatively to maximise student achievement.
Participate enthusiastically in extra-curricular clubs, parents' evenings, and school events.
Requirements for the Role
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Applications from ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome).
Proven capability to manage classrooms with mixed language proficiencies (EAL experience is advantageous).
A current Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or a willingness to apply for one.
Outstanding communication skills and a passion for working in a collaborative team setting.
