About the role
Role – TIG Welder
Location – Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – full time hours
Capacity of role – Permanent position
Salary – £23.00 per hour + overtime.
Our client is currently recruiting for a TIG welder to join their busy workshop team. Applicants will need to be ideally be a time served welder and fabricator.
Main duties include –
Setting up and preparing welding equipment
Using TIG welding practises
Selecting and preparing materials, inspecting and cleaning surface
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Conducting visual inspections and quality checks to make sure all assemblies are to specifications and requirements
Maintaining safety standards
Candidate attributes –
TIG welding knowledge
Fabrication experience
Driving licence is essential due to the location of the business
Skills Required
TIG, Welding, Weld, Fabricate, Fabrication, Stainless Steel
Qualifications Required
TIG, Driving licence
