Foxfield Special School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our highly successful secondary school, supporting pupils with complex learning difficulties.
We are looking to recruit a passionate and committed professional to join our team from September 2026. The successful candidate will be hardworking, energetic, and flexible, with the ability to meet the diverse needs of our students.
Our pupils have severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties, alongside additional challenges including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), sensory impairments, and complex behaviours.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils' learning and development, assist with personal care where required, work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals and contribute to the continued development of our school.
Strong teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude are essential. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
