Bodyshop Technician

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Bodyshop Technician to join our client’s team in Rochester on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with vehicle strip and refit experience to work in a busy bodyshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Strip and refit vehicle components for repair.
• Remove and reinstall panels, bumpers, lights, trim, and mechanical parts.
• Work closely with panel beaters and paint technicians to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and health & safety procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician, Strip & Refit Technician, or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of vehicle body repair processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
