About the role

Morson Edge are working with a leading multidisciplinary design practice to recruit a Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) to join their growing Landscape Architecture team, based in London, Glasgow or Belfast.This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning practice delivering high-quality landscape architecture, public realm and masterplanning projects across a diverse portfolio including education, healthcare, residential, public realm, science and research, mixed-use developments and large-scale regeneration schemes.Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment alongside architects, masterplanners and interior designers, you'll take a leading role in delivering innovative, sustainable and people-focused landscape solutions across all stages of project delivery.The Opportunity
We're looking to speak with experienced Chartered Landscape Architects who combine strong design ability with excellent technical knowledge and project leadership experience.You'll lead projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the continued growth of an award-winning landscape practice.Experience delivering education projects, particularly Department for Education (DfE), CEM or SEN school projects, would be advantageous but is by no means essential.Key Responsibilities

Lead landscape architecture projects across all RIBA work stages (0–7).Develop creative landscape design solutions from concept through to construction.Produce technical drawings, specifications and construction information.Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and graphic material.Write project specifications using NBS software.Collaborate with architects, planners, interior designers and multidisciplinary project teams.Mentor junior Landscape Architects and support candidates through the Landscape Institute Pathway to Chartership.Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.Carry out design reviews and maintain high technical standards.Deliver projects incorporating Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and Landscape & Ecological Management Plans (LEMPs).
Essential Skills & Experience

Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).Degree or Master's qualification in Landscape Architecture.Minimum three years' post-chartership experience within the UK.Proven experience leading landscape architecture projects within multidisciplinary teams.Excellent design, presentation and communication skills.Experience producing specifications using NBS.Good understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM).Experience using CS Artisan RV.Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.Excellent report writing and technical documentation abilities.Experience preparing Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) documentation and LEMPs.Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
Desirable Experience

Department for Education (DfE) projects.CEM process and SEN school design.Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).Heritage Lottery Fund projects.Horticultural knowledge.
