Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional food quality and service across retail, restaurant, hospitality and kitchen teams
• Support senior chefs in planning and executing catering services, maintaining food safety and health & safety standards
• Collaborate closely with the stores team to meet business demands
• Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in diverse catering environments from high-volume to fine dining
• Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate plus knowledge of HACCP and COSHH
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform well under pressure
