SMART Repair Technician – Weston-super-Mare (Bristol Area)

Your Responsibilities:

• Carry out Small to Medium Area Repair Technology (SMART) on various vehicle makes and models
• Repair paint chips, scratches, bumper scuffs, and minor dents
• Perform alloy wheel refurbishments and interior trim repairs
• Mix and match paint colours accurately
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean workspace

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a SMART Repairer or Bodyshop Technician
• Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
• Full UK driving licence
• ATA accreditation or NVQ Level 3 desirable but not essential
