The Role
Are you a Senior, Diagnostic, or Master Technician looking to step out of the workshop? If you have a strong reputation for solving complex problems and supporting colleagues, this is your opportunity to develop into a Volkswagen Group Factory Approved Technical Trainer. You will deliver engaging, high-quality training that equips technicians with the skills to work on the latest vehicle technology.

Become a Factory Approved Trainer Within 12 Months
No previous training experience is required. What matters most is your technical expertise and desire to help others develop. Through a structured 12-month development programme, you will receive coaching and factory accreditation to confidently deliver training across multiple Volkswagen Group brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on and virtual training on the latest vehicle technology.
• Develop and update learning content for new model launches.
• Attend brand and factory events, including accreditation programmes.
• Inspire and develop technicians at all levels.

What You Need:

• Relevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 1–3, NVQ or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
• Confident communication, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for teaching.
• Commitment to a daily commute to Milton Keynes.
• Experience with commercial or light commercial vehicles is desirable.
