Technical Trainer – Automotive Group, Milton Keynes

The Role:

Are you a Senior, Diagnostic, or Master Technician ready for the next step? Move beyond the workshop into a Technical Trainer role. You will deliver high-quality training that equips technicians to work on the latest Volkswagen Group technology.

• Become a Factory Approved Trainer Within 12 Months
• No previous training experience is required.
• Through a structured 12-month development programme, you will receive coaching and factory accreditation to transition from technician to professional trainer, confidently delivering courses across multiple group brands.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on and virtual training on the latest vehicle technologies.
• Develop learning materials for new model launches.
• Attend brand events and accreditation programmes.
• Inspire and develop technicians at all levels.

What You Need:

• Technical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 1–3, NVQ or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
• Confident communication, good time management, and a passion for teaching.
• Commitment to a daily commute to Milton Keynes.
