Technical Trainer – Automotive Group, Milton Keynes
Are you passionate about automotive technology? Join the UK’s largest automotive training centre, shaping the careers of over 26,000 technicians. Experience with BMW, Audi, or Mercedes is highly desirable.
The Role:
Are you a Senior, Diagnostic, or Master Technician ready for the next step? Move beyond the workshop into a Technical Trainer role. You will deliver high-quality training that equips technicians to work on the latest Volkswagen Group technology.
- Become a Factory Approved Trainer Within 12 Months
- No previous training experience is required.
- Through a structured 12-month development programme, you will receive coaching and factory accreditation to transition from technician to professional trainer, confidently delivering courses across multiple group brands.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver hands-on and virtual training on the latest vehicle technologies.

- Inspire and develop technicians at all levels.
What You Need:
- Technical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 1–3, NVQ or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
- Confident communication, good time management, and a passion for teaching.
- Commitment to a daily commute to Milton Keynes.
