What You’ll Do:
- Lead kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality and presentation
- Mentor and develop junior chefs in a collaborative environment
- Assist with seasonal menu planning and uphold allergen protocols
- Manage stock levels, control costs, and minimise waste
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
About You:
- Proven Sous Chef experience in a high-end kitchen (Hotel Background Preferred)
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Own transport is essential
