Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is working with a leading manufacturing client in Cwmbran and is recruiting a number of experienced Soldering Operatives to join their production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous soldering, electronics assembly, or production experience to join a busy manufacturing environment.

Key Duties

• Carry out soldering work to a high standard.

• Assemble electronic components and products.

• Support production line activities.

• Pack finished products ready for dispatch.

• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

• Follow production schedules and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Soldering Operative, Electronics Assembly Operative, or in a similar soldering role (essential).

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.

• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

• Flexible approach to meet business requirements.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
