The Role

As Customer Success Manager, you will be at the centre of customer and operational activity, ensuring work is scheduled efficiently, reports are delivered accurately, invoices are processed correctly, and customers receive timely and professional support.

Working closely with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders, you'll help maintain high service standards while contributing to the smooth running of the business.

No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and taking ownership of their work.

Key Duties
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and requests.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and solutions-focused customer support.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve issues relating to scheduling, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate customer visits and technician schedules.
  • Support engineers and technicians with administrative requirements.
  • Monitor workflows to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Prepare quotations and customer costings.
  • Support monthly and ad-hoc invoicing activities.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies where required.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and customer payment follow-up.
  • Review technician reports for accuracy, completeness, and presentation.
  • Verify reports against schedules and job requirements.
  • Coordinate amendments and updates when necessary.
  • Ensure documentation meets internal quality standards before customer delivery.
  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance activities.
  • Raise purchase orders and coordinate equipment-related logistics.
  • Support office administration and operational processes.
  • Help maintain company assets and resources, including fleet coordination and office supplies.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years' experience within customer service, operations, administration, service coordination, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Desirable

  • Experience with invoicing, billing, or financial administration.
  • Experience using CRM, scheduling, or operational management systems.
  • Exposure to quality, compliance, or audit-driven environments.
  • Experience supporting field-based or engineering teams.
