Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £40,000-£50,000 DOE

A well-established Dorset firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team in Fleetsbridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor looking to build a long-term career in Private Client law, working alongside an experienced Head of Department while gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality probate and estate planning matters.

The Role

You will assist with and gradually take ownership of a varied private client caseload, including:

• Probate and estate administration
• Applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
• Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on Inheritance Tax planning
• Deeds of Variation
• Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, HMRC and professional advisers

• Newly Qualified Solicitor
• Experience in Private Client gained during your training contract or previous legal role
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
