What You Will Do:

– Manage and support critical IT applications within a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring optimal system uptime and reliability.

– Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust IT requirements.

– Oversee the deployment, integration, upgrades, and lifecycle management of manufacturing applications, ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise standards.

– Establish strategies and policies for operational support, troubleshooting, and application upgrades across systems like ERP, MES, PLM, and more.

– Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, and supply chain, to ensure seamless programme delivery and alignment with strategic goals.

– Lead resolution of application incidents, implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.

What You Will Bring:

– Extensive experience in managing manufacturing-related IT applications and OT systems such as SCADA and PLCs.

– Strong knowledge of PLM, MES, CAD, simulation tools, and IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.

– Proven ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams, fostering alignment and effective communication.

– Expertise in regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management within IT operations.

– A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and deliver creative solutions.

Location:
