We're looking for a skilled Joiner Production Operative to join our team at Pollington. If you enjoy working with precision, interpreting technical drawings and producing high-quality bespoke products, we'd love to hear from you.

So, what's the mission?
Working as part of our production team, you'll manufacture bespoke concrete products by constructing and assembling wooden shuttering, moulds and specialist joinery components from technical drawings. You'll play an important role in maintaining our high standards of safety, quality and productivity while helping to deliver products for major infrastructure projects across the UK.

What are the mission critical skills?

  • City & Guilds Advanced Construction Award in Carpentry & Site Joinery (or equivalent)
  • Experience manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery from detailed technical drawings
  • CSCS Card, IPAF, Overhead Crane and FLT (B1 & B2) licences
  • Confident using hand tools, power tools and woodworking machinery
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work safely
  • A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work as part of a team
