Job Title: HVAC Project Manager
Location: Surrey or Kent office base, with site attendance and WFH flexibility
Salary & Package: £60,000 + company car, 25 days holiday, laptop & phone

Overview


We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the delivery of commercial air conditioning projects typically ranging from £300k–£500k in value. Projects will primarily involve VRV/VRF systems, splits and multi-splits across a variety of commercial environments.

This role is ideal for a proactive, organised professional who can manage programmes, budgets, subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high technical standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery from handover to completion.
• Manage commercial HVAC installations including VRV/VRF, split and multi-split systems.
• Develop and maintain project programmes, labour plans and procurement schedules.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, variations and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Lead site meetings and act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee commissioning, snagging and handover documentation.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience managing commercial HVAC installation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF and split systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Good commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• SMSTS/SSSTS and relevant health & safety knowledge desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
