My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast growing workload.
As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Senior Design Manager to work on a range of Industrial and Distribution projects, which is a busy and fast growing sector. 

They deliver Multi-million pound projects for some of the biggest client names in the industry. This employer is a leader in their field. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

- Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager.  
- Previous experience on Industrial, Distribution, Logistics or Warehouse projects is essential.
- Previous Main Contractor employment essential  
- High level of communication skills. 
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc). 
- Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.

LOCATION: Midlands / Flexible to travel

REMUNERATION:

The successful Senior Design Manager will receive:

*£60,000 - £70,000 Basic (Dependant on experience)
*Car Allowance
*Healthcare
*Pension (very competitive).
*Bonus
