We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming SEND School in Derby from 1st September.
This full-time role will involve supporting teaching and learning across a mix of key stages from primary and secondary delivering planned lessons, covering classes when required, and working closely with teachers to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Requirements

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working within a school
• Confidence supporting learning across multiple key stages.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach.
