Growth Marketing ManagerSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + 10% bonusLocation: RemoteWorking hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Our client is an infrastructure-backed alternative network (altnet) provider delivering business connectivity, wholesale and network services. Built on an owned fibre network, the business combines FTTP business broadband, dedicated internet access (DIA), Layer 2 Ethernet and wholesale connectivity with strong service assurance, operational control and commercially structured routes to market.The business has established its initial digital presence and is now focused on strengthening digital effectiveness, search visibility, analytics, lead capture, account-based marketing (ABM) activation and commercially effective digital journeys.Role PurposeTo lead growth marketing for the business, ensuring that the microsite, future website and wider digital presence are effective, measurable and commercially impactful as the business moves from launch into controlled market visibility and activation.The role turns narrative, proof points and propositions into stronger digital journeys, more credible search representation, clearer performance visibility, more effective audience-specific contact and conversion pathways, and more structured account / sector activation.Key Responsibilities include:
Own day-to-day digital effectiveness across the microsite and future website, and related digital touchpoints.Setup, review and improve analytics, tagging, reporting and conversion visibility so performance can be measured properly.Lead SEO, metadata, search hygiene and digital representation improvements, including work that improves how LightSpeed Networks appears in search and AI-generated responses.Improve content structure, internal pathways, contact routes, landing-page effectiveness and CTA performance so the site supports both credibility and lead generation.Support the wider market visibility programme by ensuring campaign content, proof assets, bylines, interviews and milestone content are reflected online in a crawlable, measurable and commercially useful way.Support granular activation by creating or refining audience-specific and named-account / territory-specific landing pages, forms, contact routes, nurture paths and reporting for priority sectors, clusters, partner motions or commercial triggers.Support ABM and growth activity by working with Sales on target-account priorities, route-in logic, audience segmentation and the digital follow-up required to turn visibility into commercially meaningful engagement.Work with developers and agencies to prioritise and deliver digital fixes, enhancements and optimisation activity.Partner with Communications, Sales, Technical Content and commercial stakeholders to turn narrative, proof points and proposition content into effective digital journeys.Maintain digital governance, QA and release discipline across site updates, technical changes and new content rollout.Provide clear prioritisation across digital backlog items, balancing launch hygiene, visibility, conversion and longer-term optimisation.Support regular performance reporting across website effectiveness, search visibility, AI / search representation, engagement, ABM / target-account activity, lead capture and conversion indicators.Help the business clarify the shape of its future-state digital capability once the interim priorities have been stabilised
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:We are looking for someone with someone with strong hands-on experience in B2B digital performance, growth marketing, website effectiveness and optimisation, ideally in telecoms, connectivity, infrastructure, channel or specialist services environments.Proven Experience in:
B2B website performance, optimisation and digital effectiveness.SEO, search visibility and technical on-site content hygiene.Analytics, tracking, reporting and conversion measurement.Landing pages, lead capture, CTA improvement and conversion optimisation.ABM or targeted B2B / B2B2X activation, including audience segmentation, sector / territory journeys or named-account campaign support.Managing developers, digital agencies and technical delivery partners.Turning proposition and content strategy into effective digital journeys and growth programmes.Working in lean environments where priorities shift quickly and commercial usefulness matters.

Proactive, practical and delivery-focused.Strong commercial judgement.Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Able to work with ambiguity and create structure quickly.Strong stakeholder management across marketing, technical, commercial and agency teams.Clear, concise and disciplined in prioritisation and reporting.
