PRODUCTION OPERATIVE/ FLT DRIVER Maidstone – only candidates who drive and have their own transport can be considered due to location and start time £29,000 + Benefits Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 3:00pm Contact – Emily or Ollie Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where no two days are quite the same? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established production business seeking a reliable and proactive Mill & Production Operative to join their operation. This is a varied role that combines production, materials handling, quality checks and machine operation within a busy manufacturing environment. This position would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards and is comfortable working around industrial machinery as part of a close-knit team. The Role Duties will include: • Receiving and preparing raw materials for production • Supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring products meet quality standards • Operating production equipment and monitoring processes • Conducting routine quality checks and recording production information • Moving materials and finished goods around site using a Counterbalance Forklift • Assisting with equipment checks, cleaning schedules and general housekeeping • Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a safe working environment • Working closely with colleagues to ensure production targets are achieved About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
