HSEQ Manager

An excellent opportunity for an experienced HSEQ professional to join a well-established engineering business, taking ownership of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance while driving continuous improvement across a diverse range of projects. This company are a specialist engineering contractor delivering critical maintenance, installation and commissioning services across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise, safety and quality, the company is continuing to grow and is looking to strengthen its leadership team with the addition of an HSEQ Manager. In this role, you will take responsibility for the company's Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. You'll oversee internal audits, manage health and safety documentation including RAMS, conduct site inspections, liaise with clients and engineers, coordinate staff training, and drive continual improvement across all aspects of quality, safety and environmental performance. This role would therefore suit an experienced HSEQ professional looking to step into a management role within a growing engineering company that can offer further training and qualifications. The Role: • Manage and continuously improve the IMS • Conduct internal audits & ensure ongoing compliance • Produce and review RAMS & carry out site safety inspections • Coordinate training requirements & drive continuous improvement initiatives • £30,000 - £45,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits The Person: • Experience within site based health & safety • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems • Experience producing RAMS and conducting internal audits • Ideally holds a H&S qualification • Commutable to Tonbridge and happy to travel as required Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
