About the role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people and their families? We're looking for a proactive, compassionate and highly organised Senior Attendance Officer - Family Outreach Worker to help improve student attendance, break down barriers to learning, and support families in achieving the best outcomes for their children.

In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with students, parents, school staff and external agencies to promote excellent attendance, deliver targeted family support, analyse attendance data, and implement effective intervention strategies. From building positive relationships through home visits to using data to identify trends and drive improvement, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive.

Job Details

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only

Position Type: Permanent Post

Line Manager: Vice Principal
