Milk Education is working with friendly and supportive schools across Leeds who are looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join them on a flexible start basis.

The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teaching and learning across the classroom
• Deliver small-group interventions and 1:1 support
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities
• Contribute to assessments, observations, and pupil progress tracking
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider staff team
• Support pupils with additional needs when required
• Uphold safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong candidate if you have:

• Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience supporting children in a school or educational setting
• Strong understanding of child development and classroom routines
• Good behaviour management skills
• A positive, proactive and nurturing approach
• Confidence leading small groups or supporting on a 1:1 basis
