Consultant ENT Locum - Craigavon Area Hospital
Grayscale Medical is recruiting a Consultant-grade ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) locum doctor for Craigavon Area Hospital, part of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is an on-call assignment covering overnight and 24-hour shifts across August 2026 at £100/hr assignment rate.
Role Details
You will provide senior ENT cover including emergency on-call duties within the Surgery & Clinical Services Division. The role involves overnight on-call shifts (17:00–08:30) and full 24-hour weekend cover (08:30–08:30), supporting the ENT department at Craigavon Area Hospital. Shifts span from 7 August to 1 September 2026, with 11 individual on-call sessions requiring cover.
As the on-call Consultant, you will manage emergency ENT presentations, provide senior decision-making for acute referrals, and support junior trainees in the department.
Requirements
- GMC registration with licence to practise at Consultant level
- CCT or equivalent in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Right to work in the UK
- Up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Minimum 2 professional references
