Hours: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30

Pay & Benefits

• £15.50-£16.53 PAYE + 30 days holiday
• £17.52-£18.69 including advanced holiday pay
• Overtime available, paid up to double time (business dependent)
• 30 days holiday, including bank holidays

The Opportunity

We're recruiting GRP Finishers to join the team. Working within a specialist production environment, you'll support the manufacture of an award-winning range of luxury yachts, producing work that is admired in marinas around the world.

Candidates with experience in GRP finishing, marine manufacturing, vehicle body repair, composite repair or similar finishing environments are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• Finish and repair GRP structures to a high standard
• Prepare and release moulds of various sizes
• Support production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Work as part of a skilled and collaborative team
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and quality requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous GRP, composite, vehicle body repair or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety
