Housekeeping Operative

LOCATION: London Designer Outlet

SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off, 42 hours per week

PAY RATE: £15.05 PER HOUR

ABM is looking for a proactive Cleaner to join our team. Your duties will involve working alongside with

the general cleaning operatives for the London designer outlet. You will be responsible to maintain,

monitoring and controlling the cleaning operations and waste management within your remit. You will

also be required to complete necessary trainings on shift and make sure you are carrying out the tasks to

a high standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Various Cleaning duties

• Machine operation

• Waste management

• Completing paperwork

• Communicating with Line Supervisor / Manager

• Completing trainings provided

• Attending Team briefings

• Accountable for your tasks

• Health & Safety

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure

• Outstanding Communication skills both internal and external

• The Ability to effectively prioritise your workload and build relationships

• Excellent attention to detail

• A customer-focused approach

• A proactive/can-do attitude to work

• The ability to work on own initiative and take full responsibility for the role

• The ability to follow processes/instructions
