Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next opportunity?

We're recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a 4-bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the home to Ofsted standards.
• Ensure excellent safeguarding and care practices.
• Support, develop and inspire your staff team.
• Maintain compliance with Children's Homes Regulations.
• Build strong partnerships with local authorities and professionals.
• Deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements

✔ Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within children's residential care.

✔ Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce.

✔ Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).

✔ Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations.

✔ Full UK Driving Licence.
