Bar & Lounge Supervisor – 5 Star Boutique Hotel | South Wales

Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with a 5 Star boutique hotel in South Wales. We are recruiting a Bar & Lounge Supervisor to join the food and beverage team, working in partnership with the Head Sommelier and Food & Beverage Manager to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities for Bar & Lounge Supervisor:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar and lounge areas

• Support wine service and standards in collaboration with the Head Sommelier

• Contribute to the development of bar and lounge menus

• Ensure service standards are met consistently

• Work collaboratively with the wider food and beverage team

Essential Skills and Experience for Bar & Lounge Supervisor

• Experience working within food and beverage operations

• Experience delivering service in a quality-led hospitality environment

• Knowledge of bar and lounge service standards

• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team

• Organisational skills and attention to detail
