Reach Forklift Driver – Warehouse Operative

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid reach truck licence ready for your next challenge?

Join our client’s busy warehouse near Basingstoke where you’ll operate reach trucks to pick, load and store stock across dry, chilled and freezer zones. This is a great opportunity to work within the dynamic supply chain, supporting major brands daily in a fast-paced environment.

Must have experience operating a Reach Truck Forklift.

Pay:

• £14.46 per hour
• Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
• Overtime Available and Weekend Shifts

What you’ll be doing:

• Safely operate reach trucks to move pallets with precision in narrow aisles
• Manage stock across multiple temperature zones including dry storage, coolers, and freezers
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries to maintain smooth warehouse flow
• Support general warehouse duties such as stock picking and replenishment
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines in a fast-moving environment

What we’re looking for:

• Valid reach truck certification (internal or external licences accepted)
• Ability to work in cold conditions, including freezer temperatures.
• Physically fit for demanding warehouse tasks
• Reliable, safety-conscious team player with previous food supply chain or logistics experience
