Your Role:
As an RMN, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe and effective care by:
- Providing high-quality mental health nursing support to service users
- Developing positive therapeutic relationships with patients
- Supporting recovery-focused care plans and treatment goals
- Administering medication and completing clinical assessments
- Recognising changes in presentation and responding appropriately
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records in line with professional standards
What You’ll Need:
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- At least 1 year’s UK experience as an RMN
- Previous experience working in a mental health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, compassionate and professional approach
- Clear DBS on the Update Service
- Valid Mandatory Training certificates, including Safeguarding Adults & Children
- Valid PMVA Certificate
