1-2 day Nanny in Bath

A returning client to Harmony at home is looking for a part time Nanny in Bath.

The family of four are looking for a nanny on a Friday, full day and potentially a half day on a Wednesday. Someone who can enable a calm drop off and reliable collection from a nearby school for their 4 year old. You will have sole charge of the 2 year old, taking her to playgroups or arranging fun activities for the morning or afternoon, but generally someone who is as happy to relax at their home. They see the nanny as being someone who focuses on the children, who likes cooking for them while they are happily colouring or playing nearby. They would love someone who is proactive in helping make home life easier if the day allows, such as putting on children’s wash or sorting toys or tidying up after playtime.

The 4 year old is starting school in September and the girls are very close so it will be helping in this transition period of settling the eldest into school but also supporting the 2 year old adjusting not having her sister around all the time. They both enjoy the park and Forest school type activities. The ideal person will have a calm nature, be intuitive and vigilant at all times.

The position can be until the end of the year but also can be long term for the right person.

Location: Bath
Minimum experience required: 2 years as a Nanny
Required training: Paediatric First Aid
Preferred qualifications: Minimum of Level 3 in childcare
Hours/Days of Work: Friday 8am-6pm, potentially Wednesday either 8am-1.30pm or 12-6pm

Salary: £17 gross per hour
