The Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Deliver whole-class teaching to cover teacher release time across KS1 and KS2

• Support pupils in accessing learning through effective communication and resource use

• Apply strong strategies to improve literacy and numeracy outcomes

• Promote positive behaviour in line with school and Trust policies

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification (minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

• Experience working within a primary school setting

• A passion for helping children succeed academically and personally

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-focused approach

• A commitment to contributing to the wider school community
