Legal PA – (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

London | Up to £49,000 | Hybrid Working (3 Days in the Office)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join the Private Equity team of a leading international law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Supporting a busy team of fee earners, you'll provide proactive, high-quality administrative and organisational support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complex diary and inbox management
• Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
• Document production and matter administration
• Billing, expenses and file management
• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
• Providing seamless support to a busy Private Equity team

The successful candidate will have:

• Must have previous Legal PA experience within a law firm
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, adaptable and professional approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

In return, you'll receive:
