About the role
This specialist London law firm has built an outstanding reputation within the private wealth market and is consistently recognised as one of the leading residential property law practices in the UK.
The firm holds Band 1 ranking for High Value Residential Real Estate in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide and is ranked Tier 1 for Residential Property in The Legal 500, reflecting its exceptional standing within the private wealth and real estate sectors.
The Residential Property/Private Wealth team is recognised as one of the premier practices in the market, advising an exceptional client base of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees, landed estates, entrepreneurs and international investors on some of the most complex and high-value residential property transactions in the UK.
The team is seeking an experienced lawyer to join at Senior Associate, Counsel or Senior Counsel level (dependant on experience). This represents an excellent opportunity for an established residential property specialist to join a market-leading practice, working alongside highly regarded partners and advisers while continuing to develop their own profile and relationships within the private wealth community.
This is a growth hire within an established team. The successful individual will enjoy exposure to some of the most sophisticated residential property matters in the market, advising discerning UK and international clients on landmark transactions while benefitting from the firm's longstanding reputation and strong referral network across its leading Private Client, Tax and Trusts practices.
The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate:
5-10+ years' PQE gained within a leading London or national residential property practice.
Experience operating at Senior Associate level or Counsel level, or clear readiness to step into such a position.
A strong track record advising HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, trustees and private wealth clients on complex property transactions.
Proven ability to manage significant matters with a high degree of autonomy and to act as a trusted adviser to sophisticated clients.
