Head Chef, New Cafe venue Day Shifts! A fantastic opportunity to join a south west based company at their new cafe venue near Exeter. The cafe offers a creative fresh food menu along with a food retail outlet. Seasonal menus, with local suppliers and products, developed by the Head Chef. Will involve of kitchen management, menu development, ordering & stock control, kitchen food safety compliance and team leadership. Ideal candidates will have a hands-on approach, fresh food kitchen experience. Happy dealing with suppliers and creating an innovative cafe menu.
