Project Manager | Main Contractor | Yorkshire | £60k - £70k + Package

We’re working with a well-established main contractor to appoint a Project Manager to deliver construction projects across Yorkshire.

Operating within their build division, you’ll take full responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to handover. Schemes typically span commercial, industrial, education and healthcare sectors, with a focus on quality delivery, programme certainty, and client satisfaction.

They are looking for a confident Project Manager who can lead from the front, managing site teams and stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Be Doing.

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
• Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors
• Driving programme and ensuring delivery to key milestones
• Managing budgets, risks, and overall project performance
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety and quality
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Overseeing project reporting and commercial performance

What You Will Need.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within a main contractor environment
• Background delivering new build projects across commercial or industrial sectors
• Strong leadership and site management capability
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project finances
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
