Site Manager - Preston

I am supporting a diverse, regional contractor with their search for an experienced Site Manager. They have secured a technically challenging new build hospitality space in Preston and need some capable of leading.

The job itself is a hybrid build utilising both steel & timber frame and has complexities in the ground. This role would potentially suit an engineer who has moved into Site Management or a confident all rounder who has taken new builds from commencement to completion.

Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:

• We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has taken new build projects from commencement to completion
• You’ll need to be based locally and able to commute to Preston on a daily basis
• You’ll be working on an interesting build that will keep you engaged from start to finish
• Attractive rates to £320.00 will be on offer for the right individual
• This role will commence in early/mid-August, this is a long-term post with real likelihood of further works
