Project Manager

Project Manager | Construction | Yorkshire | £55k - £65k + Package

We're currently working with a growing construction contractor to recruit a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a varied portfolio of construction projects across multiple sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business delivering commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail and infrastructure projects.

The role will involve managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Overseeing programme, budget, quality and project performance
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Managing client relationships and project reporting
• Monitoring health & safety, compliance and construction standards
• Resolving issues and ensuring successful project delivery

What You'll Need;

• Previous experience as a Project Manager within construction
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial or civil engineering projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of construction programmes, contracts and project controls
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Relevant construction or project management qualification
