We are thrilled to invite applications for the role of Teaching Assistant at our vibrant and dynamic lower school. Following our recent Ofsted inspection in September 2024, we are proud to have achieved Outstanding judgements in Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development, with a Good rating in all other areas. We are seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant who:

• Has a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s development, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Is proactive, patient, and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our pupils.
• Is a team player who values collaboration and is eager to contribute to our school’s success.
• Has excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• Is reflective and keen to develop their skills further through our strong focus on professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting children’s learning in the classroom and through small group or one-to-one interventions.
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
• Promoting positive behaviour and fostering an environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
• Helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

Hours of work are:

Monday-Friday 8.30-3.30
