• Deliver person-centred care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
• Supervise and mentor junior care staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Administer medication (after training/competency assessment) and complete accurate records.
• Support residents with daily living activities, including mealtimes, mobility, and personal care.
• Promote dignity, choice, and independence for all service users.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding policies at all times.

• Minimum 6 months' UK experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant or equivalent role.
• Valid Moving and Handling of People Certificate (face-to-face).
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced care environment.
• Right to work in the UK.
