Site Manager - Main Contractor - DumfriesLocation: On-site - Dumfries Project Value: £20m Programme: 30 weeksWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a £20m construction project. This is a long-term opportunity working on a 30-week programme. The project is a large extension and newbuild project to a large industrial building. The building will remain live during the extension project.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing sub-contractors for steel frame and groundworks packagesQuality Assurance (QA) checks and inspectionsChecking and signing off subcontractors' worksEnsuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programmeWorking closely with a directly employed site team, including the Project Manager (PM) and Site Manager (SM)Assisting with health & safety compliance on siteRequirements:Valid SMSTSFirst Aid certificationCSCS cardProven experience working on steel frame and groundworks projectsPrevious experience working for a main contractorStrong attention to detail and quality-focused approachAbility to work collaboratively within a site management teamWhat's on Offer:Long-term role on a major £20m projectStable 30-week programmeOpportunity to work with an established main contractorCompetitive rateIf you're an experienced Site Manager available for work and looking for a solid project with a reputable main contractor, we'd like to hear from you.
