• Provide person-centred care and support in care homes and residential settings.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Support with meals, medication prompts/administration (as appropriate), and mobility.
• Promote dignity, respect, and independence; build trusting relationships.
• Record and report wellbeing accurately; follow care plans.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and families to deliver high standards of care.

=== Experience & Requirements ===
• NISCC registration.
• Ability to travel to EX1.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 6 months' UK experience in a professional care home.
• Face-to-face Moving and Handling of People Certificate.
• Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and dignity in care.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; reliable, punctual, and flexible.
• Right to work in the UK.
